warm up milk and butter til it bubbles (microwave 40 s should be enough)
pour into the mixture of glutinous rice flour and sugar roll into a ball
divide into 6 balls and cover up * they dry up really easily
divide cheese into 6 parts * half sheet of cheese for each rice cake
wrap up cheese into each rice portion, roll into a ball and then shape into rectangles
could freeze at this step or heat up a pan with some oil, add in rice cakes and flip*5 to make each side fixed add in a splash of water and cover with lid till water evaporates then pan fry a bit on each side to keep crispy could serve with some condensed milk drizzled
