香菇烧鸡 mushroom chicken的做法步骤

步骤 1

锅烧热,加入鸡腿肉,大火快速翻炒,加入蒜蓉。heat the pot to very hot and add in chicken leg. Stir fry quickly with big fire and add in minced garlic.

步骤 2

加入老抽,生抽,蚝油,糖,盐,葱白,加半碗水,盖上锅盖,小火煮5到10分钟。add in dark soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, root of spring onion. Add half a bowl of water and put on pot cover. Boil with small fire for 5-10 minutes.

步骤 3

打开锅盖,大火收汁。open pot cover and cook with big fire until the water almost dry.
