类似overnight oaks但是不想overnight 开这个帖子自己用来打卡哒 做法很狂野:因为steel cut oaks不想煮着吃嘛,就先拿牛奶泡上。然后上面盖酸奶“封顶”。泡了一阵子后上面撒granola和水果摆起来拍拍照!然后就是揉碎美美的一碗,泥巴糊糊一样吃吃吃(真的好吃的!) 开贴记录一下神奇的组合。。。
