🟠早餐鸡蛋煎饼(面1水1.5鸡蛋2混匀+外抹鸡蛋1)
1勺面,1.5勺水,2鸡蛋,搅匀成稀糊糊状,锅喷油,倒入锅后晃均匀,全程中大火,底部定型后,翻面,再抹鸡蛋+芝麻,再翻面抹一点鸡蛋,刷酱,蔬菜,火腿包入即可。
