什锦莓子蛋白松饼MIXED BERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES的做法步骤

调制松饼面糊 Make the Batter

在碗中倒入水,然后加入亚麻籽拌匀,放在一边静置3-4分钟。 Put the flaxseed millet in a small bowl with the water, stir and set to one side for 3-4 minutes
