1. Cut the gourd into thick pieces 2. prepare the garlic and green onion 3. One spoon starch dissolving in to 1/2 cup of water
Sauce: 1 spoon soy sauce 1 spoon dark soy sauce 1 spoon oyster sauce 1/2 spoon sugar 1/2 cup of water Mix all these sauces and stand by.
1. 3-5 spoon of oil into pan 2. When the temperature high enough, put garlic inside. Stir for 2 minutes 3. Put the gourd in and stir for 5 min. 4. Put the pot cover on and wait for the gourd skin turn yellow (around 3min). 5. Put the sauces in and stir for 1 min. 6. Put 1 cup of water in and cover them until the gourd becomes soft.
Put the green onion on for Decoration! Done!
