Pre-heat the oven to 180c Blend all the crust ingredients
Sprinkle some coconut oil on a round tray
Press the crust ingredients into the tray
Put the tray into the oven for 25-30 minutes
While the crust is heating up in the oven, mix all the filling ingredients
Take out the crust from the oven (it should be crispy by now). Pour in the filling mixture and tab the tray on the table to let the air out
Put the tray back to the oven for another 25-30 minutes
Take out the cheese cake and cool it down for 30 minutes
Put the cake to the fridge for at least 3 hours
Cut and enjoy;)
