Cup cake的做法步骤

步骤 1

Prepare all materials you need Ps separate egg white and yolk

Mix milk, baking powder, yolk, low gluten flour, oil Ps baking powder should not touch the sugar directly And try to mix it softly or it may cost air bubble ( like I I did)

步骤 4

Put the mixing into cup Just 70-80% full is ok

步骤 5

160 degree For 30 minutes
