用料

SOY-BRAISED Eggplant 红烧茄子的做法步骤

步骤 1

cleanthe eggplants and tomato.cut them to pieces.(洗干净茄子和番茄,切块) cut green onion to pieces and green bell pepper to silces.(葱切段,青椒切片)mash the garlic(蒜切成末)

步骤 2

put the eggplants in pot with oil,fry until golden (把茄子入油锅,炸至金黄色)

take out(取出备用)

mix well dark say sauce,vinegar,sugar,salt and cornstarch water to make sauce.(将酱油,醋,盐和水淀粉融合做成酱汁)

步骤 5

put sichuan pepper and mashed garlic in pot with oil and keep pan-frying until flavor can be smelled.Add tomato to saute. add fried eggplants andsaute quickly.(爆香花椒和蒜末,加入番茄翻炒,再加入炸好的茄子快速翻炒)

pour in sauce,keep pan-fry.(倒入酱汁,翻炒)turn to high heat and make it thickened.(大火收汁) put in sliced green bell pepper and stir(加入青椒片,翻炒均匀即可)
