Directions: 1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the blueberries, 1/2 cup of water, sugar and lemon juice. Stir frequently, and bring to a low boil. 中火,平底锅中放入 蓝莓,水,白砂糖和柠檬汁。不停搅拌着, 然后调底火。 2. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water. 玉米淀粉和2汤勺冷水搅拌好。

3. Slowly stir the corn starch into the blueberries, taking care not to crush the blueberries. Simmer until the homemade blueberry sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a metal spoon, about 5 minutes. 慢慢的加入玉米淀粉到锅里的蓝莓果酱中。一直轻轻的搅拌至浓稠即可。大概需要5分钟。要小心搅拌, 否则会会搅烂蓝莓们。 4.
