Homemade beef broth cabbage bean soup
- cook beef shank 2pc with T&T yellow curry paste, Italian seasoning: no extra oil. Add water to just around beef level.
- take beef out, add 1/2 head green cabbage, 1/2 dry bean (soaked overnight and pressure cooked separately with small amount of water), pressure cook as ‘rice’ in instant pot.
