无奶油版酸奶巴斯克

Ingredients:
- baking box: 20cm x 10cm x 4cm
- Philadelphia cream cheese 21%fat: 250g
- yogurt 4.2% sugar (medium level of thickness, not drinkable but not as thick as Greek yogurt): 100g
- eggs: 2 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk
- blossom honey: 26g
- wheat flour: 12g
- vinegar: 2 spoons
- salt: a little bit
- cocoa powder: 20g (put into half of the cheese mixture)

Steps:
- preheated the oven to 225 degrees
- wrinkled the baking paper before fitting into the baking box
- put half of the chocolate flavored batter into the baking box and baked for 10 minutes on the third upper rack of the oven (exactly at the middle level of the oven)
- then put the rest batter on top of the set chocolate flavored and baked for 20 minutes (the surface got this color only in the last five minutes)
- waited until the oven was cooled down and then put the cake in the fridge (the cake was about 2.5-3cm thick after cooled down using this portion and baking box)

Overall, it’s good in terms of creamy texture and sweetness. Perhaps due to the cocoa powder, the sweetness is a bit lower than the original flavor, may add more honey if want
