无奶油版酸奶巴斯克

Ingredients:
Cream cheese light (11%): 75g
Nonfat yogurt: 60g
Wheat flour: 6g
Blossom honey: 10g
Spices: 2 Spicy black tea bags (4g), extra cinnamon powder, cardamom power
Salt: a little bit
White vinegar: a little spoon

Baking:
Baked with a wrapped baking aluminum foil;
210 degrees for 45min on the second row of the oven

Summary:
:) the sweetness, sour taste, and spice touch are just right
:(
1. the texture was not that creamy, perhaps due to the low fat cheese —> can try normal version of cream cheese;
2. the dry & hollowed surfaces showed it was over-baked a bit —> can try to cut down to 35-40 minutes with 210 degrees

Given the liquid texture, Can cut down yogurt to 30g (normal yogurt instead of Greek yogurt);
Can also compare increase the temp to 220degress with 25 min
