00:04 虾仁去线开背调味
00:11 下锅煎熟取出备用
00:19 黄油炒蒜蓉加入调味酒和奶油
00:33 浓稠收汁后关火放入虾
00:38 加入欧芹碎和柠檬皮

去壳冻虎虾15只
盐3g,白胡椒1g,面粉2g

黄油25g,蒜蓉1勺
干邑白兰地10ml
白葡萄酒30ml,奶油150ml

欧芹3g,柠檬1个

步骤:
1,虾开背去虾线,盐,白胡椒,面粉调味
2,热锅热橄榄油,将虾的两面煎上色,取出备用
3,锅内加入黄油,将蒜蓉煸炒出香味
4,加入白兰地,挥发,加入白葡萄酒煮至浓稠
5,加入奶油煮至浓稠,关火加入煎好的虾,搅拌均匀
