去皮大蒜2粒切末
黄油25g
牛肉末500g
盐7.5g,黑胡椒粉1g
白兰地5ml,欧芹碎2g
柠檬皮1个,鸡蛋1个

步骤: 1,洋葱末蒜末用黄油煸炒
2,将所有食材放到一个盆里,顺一个方向打匀
3,番茄根部1.5CM切开,挖空番茄
4,把牛肉末填入番茄中,撒上帕玛森芝士
5,180度烤30分钟
6,加上番茄盖220度再烤10分钟
