Pan-seared Branzino w tomatoes and capers

TJ’s branzino filets have been sitting in my fridge as I was non-decisive among a few recipes. Finally picked out this one - turned out to be better than I thought!

Opened my new can of olive oil but cut the olives from this recipe - hasn’t been a fan, probably won’t be any time soon. The capers and tomato combo is amazing, and Branzino’s natural oil is brought out. Yum.
