芝士奶酪蛋糕
Trial chilled yogurt cheesecake. Third-time play with gelatine and it actually set 🤭 wasn't expecting much but it tasted quite good. No extra sugar added, only half a banana, honey, yoghurt, milk and cream cheese used.
Salo and arrowroot biscuit based, set with a dribble of vegetable oil. I could've used a bit more and perhaps added some honey as a binder since it was quite crumbly. The mix, I could sieve to remove the tiny bubbles but it didn't affect the texture only wasn't as visually appealing.
Maybe toy with the gelatine ratio for a more tender cake? Not sure if I'd want to incorporate whipped cream for a more airy, moussey texture since that would mean extra ingredients and added fat. 👩🏻🔬 I'd have to experiment a little!
