[Fried pork cake]
1. Smashing the pork into minced meat with a cooking machine and then make it into meat pie. In the third picture, pork is minced (Contined with black pepper & cooking oil). In the 4th picture, eggs, oyster sauce, starch and sesame oil are added. The specific proportion can be roughly referred to the picture.These materials are stirred by hand in one direction until they are even and viscous.
2. First,spreading a layer of plastic wrap, dividing the minced meat into appropriate sizes and put it on top, and then spread a layer of plastic wrap on it. Because the molds I bought haven't arrived yet, press them as round as possible with a little thinner in the middle. In the last picture, cut the plastic wrap, wrap each meat pie, and put it in the freezer for freezing.
3.No need to unfreeze it. Brushing a small amount of oil into the pan, put in the patties, set the patties with a little fire at the beginning, and cook them with a small fire at the back.
