「正宗韩式烤肉」调味牛肉的腌制秘诀

🥩 Meat:
* 1 lb thinly sliced beef, such as ribeye, chuck or skirt steal

Marinate:
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp mirin
* 1 tbsp maesilaek, Korean green plum extract (optional, I don’t have it)
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 1 tbsp sesame oil, plus more for garnish
* 1 large onion, sliced
* 5 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
* 3 green onions, 3/4 from the bottom – cut into halves in lengthwise then cut into 2-inch long pieces.
* 2 tsp sake (add before cooking)
