调整了一下配方用上废弃酵母,意外的更好吃了
2 tbsp (about 23g) soy sauce
20g sugar
110g water
70g discard starter (1:1 flour:water)
140g wheat gluten
Some cumin, pepper powder
Mix all into a dough, freeze for 30min, then cut to small pieces and bake 1hr at 250F
