It’s been snowy and windy and overly cold in the past week & my roommate brought me my first Levain Bakery cookie! It’s so good and so full of fat and sugar that I could only eat a piece of it a day. But I finally decided to try to make my own since it’s about $5 for one cookie!

It’s cooling on the counter now & it’s been years since I attempted traditional cookies w chocolate chips and cane sugar. Def takes me back -
