Ingredients: salmon, herbs (laurel, thyme), salt. How to do it:
1. Put your frozen salmon in the fridge in the morning, so it starts unfreezing.
2. Heat your pan and put the salmon in only when your pan is hot. Use medium heating (number 4 in the stove).
3. When the salmon gets brown on the bottom, reduce the heating to low (number 2 or 3), put salt, thyme and laurel and turn the salmon so it gets cooked in the each of the other sides. Put salt in the top and in the bottom.
4. Enjoy! I love eating it with lemon 😋
