蚝油鲍鱼

#蚝油鲍鱼#
for 10 pieces of abalone + 粉絲

175ml water
175ml chicken soup
1 tbsp 老抽
1 tbsp 蚝油
1 piece crystal sugar冰糖
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tbsp shaoxing wine 绍兴料酒

Cook all ingredients in pan till boil turn to low heat and add 生粉 at the end！
sauce is ready to pour over abalone :)
