1,猪肉切小块,用料酒,盐,酱青,十三香腌一下。
2,淀粉用水泡一下,呈糊状
3,淀粉和猪肉块拌匀下过炸
4,复炸一次,使其口感更脆
5,青椒迅速过油
6,在一个小碗中加入葱姜蒜沫,少许盐,酱青,淀粉和糖搅拌均匀
7,另一口锅中倒入小碗中的汁,等酱汁冒泡的时候,把炸好的肉段和青椒放入其中,翻炒几下,出锅。(酱汁的量要非常少,肉段粘上一点酱汁即可,肉段的口感应该是脆的。)
