牛油挞皮
250g butter
500g all purpose flavor
100g sugar
2 egg

挞filling
500g cream cheese
60 g.  Butter
80 g.   Sugar
2 eggs
100g whipped cream
1 tea spoon of lemon juice
40 g  all purpose flavor

Preheat oven 355F
Put tar shell in for 12 minutes
And then fill up the tar shell,
Put put in oven for another 15 minutes
