清炒莴笋叶

因为叶子苦的,所以先开水里穿一下,然后油锅里热油要放姜和葱,去叶子涩味,然后放甜玉米粒,再放叶子,一定要放两勺糖。最后装盘后加一点六月鲜。非常好吃!
