@grace_bbby Yea sure! Do at least 30 min walking everyday after dinner, and swimming once a week. For flat-belly exercise, I suggest searching “Turn it Up” TV show online, there r some good tips for daily workout. Make sure u have at least two cups of fruit everyday to promote metabolism

@Takizawa_Shirley thanks!!i do sit up every day and walking for about one hour every day…i don't think i lose any weight-_-# so sad… 4 swimming i like it but it makes my shoulder become very wide…i hate it(T_T) and how about the shank… u know if u run or walk, ur thighs might be thiner but the shank part will be bigger…so annoying!!!

@grace_bbby oh I know nothing about shanks cuz mine are not good. Cycling are good for shanks but make thigh bigger, The best way is walking everyday and do some massage after that.
